Nature, animals, and we humans play off of one another for our success. Although many of us have become more distant from nature and wildlife as we have transitioned to more urban societies, the balance still remains.
You may see it daily as you play and interact with your pet(s). These amazing connections show us that we aren’t as distant from one another as we think and that we all play a vital role on this incredible planet.
Our goal here at Animal Reads is to show this unity and to especially share information about our neighbors in the animal world!

I was born into a family that traveled to new countries every 3 to 4 years because of work opportunities. This gave me the chance to experience a variety of cultures and allowed me to see how vital nature and wildlife are to these societies. Growing up this way, I developed a love and respect for animals and nature, and I aim to share this love through Animal Reads. My family and I also owned several pets, from dogs to ducks and everything in between.
